At RSF Covert, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.
Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom-built rods

Personalized or customized products

Gift cards

Clearance or final sale items.
Shipping Damage
Every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before it leaves our shop. Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, it becomes the responsibility of that carrier. RSF Covert is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged during transit by any shipping carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier that delivered your order. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance during checkout if you would like coverage for loss or shipping-related damage. Shipping insurance is optional but highly recommended, as we have no control over your package once it leaves our facility.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
