Our 45-minute RSF Phone Quote is designed for customers who are serious about building a custom fishing rod or discussing a complex project. During your consultation, we'll review your requirements, discuss component options, answer your questions, and prepare a personalized quote based on your needs and budget.

What Happens Next?

Once your consultation payment has been submitted, you will automatically receive an email containing a consultation questionnaire. This form allows you to provide your project requirements, fishing style, target species, component preferences, inspiration photos, and any additional information before your scheduled appointment.

Completing this questionnaire before your consultation allows us to research available components, evaluate your project, and prepare recommendations so your consultation time is focused on building the best rod possible—not gathering basic information.

• Open or closed wraps

• Thread inlays

• Custom cork or EVA grips

• Vinyl or waterslide decals

• Premium or upgraded components

• Titanium or roller guides

• Customer-requested upgrades or specialty materials

• Shipping and applicable taxes

Every custom rod is built to order, so final pricing depends on your selected components, artwork, and requested options.

Important Information

• Consultation Fee: $45.00 (Non-Refundable)

• Consultation fees cover the time, labor, research, planning, and expertise required to evaluate your project and prepare your custom quote. Consultation fees are not applied toward future purchases or services.

• Quotes are valid for 5 days from the date they are issued.

• A 50% non-refundable payment is required before components are ordered.

• Your custom rod will not begin construction until the remaining balance has been paid in full.

• By submitting payment for this consultation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the RSF Customs Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy, and Payment Policy.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will forfeit the consultation fee.
