Waterslide & Decals

Fill out the FREE QUOTE FORM TO GET APPROVED. I will send an invoice once your images are approved. The typical turn around time for waterslides and vinyls are sent out within 3-4 business days. 

Waterslides are $65.00 (I will fit as many as I can on a letter size page) You will receive your letter size images ready to apply. 

Decal Small Logos (Like the Eagle on the white area of the flag) those are $25.00. (I will print two for room for error) 

Vinyl Decals can come in any one single color. $25.00/each (i will send you an extra one for room for error) 


 

Thank you for choosing RSF Covert for your custom waterslide and vinyl decals. To ensure the highest quality results, every order goes through an artwork review before production begins.

Step 1 – Submit Your Request

Complete the order form and upload your artwork.

Please include:

  • Your name and contact information

  • Decal size (Length × Height)

  • Quantity

  • Clear or White waterslide paper

  • Blank color the decal will be applied to

  • Any special instructions

Step 2 – Artwork Review

Every design is reviewed before payment is requested.

During this review, RSF Covert will verify:

  • Artwork resolution and print quality

  • Overall printability

  • Proper sizing

  • Copyright or trademark concerns

  • Whether modifications are required

  • Whether the design is suitable for waterslide printing

Submitting artwork does not guarantee it can be printed. If your artwork does not meet our quality standards, we will contact you to discuss available options before an invoice is sent.

Step 3 – Approval & Invoice

If your artwork is approved, you will receive an invoice.

Production will not begin until full payment has been received.

Step 4 – Production

Once payment has been received:

  • Your artwork is prepared for printing.

  • Your waterslide decals are printed.

  • Each sheet is sealed and fully cured.

  • Your order is carefully packaged for shipment.

Artwork Requirements

  • Minimum 300 DPI resolution

  • PNG files with transparent backgrounds are preferred

  • SVG, AI, EPS, and PDF files are accepted

  • No screenshots

  • No blurry or low-resolution images

  • Verify all spelling before submitting

  • Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to printing limitations.

Important Information

  • White ink cannot be printed using standard inkjet waterslide printing.

  • Metallic colors such as gold, silver, and chrome cannot be reproduced as true metallic finishes.

  • Transparent waterslide paper allows the blank color to show through your design.

  • White waterslide paper requires close trimming around the artwork.

  • Copyrighted logos, trademarks, or licensed artwork may be declined unless you have authorization to reproduce them.

  • RSF Covert reserves the right to refuse any artwork that cannot be reproduced to our quality standards.

Production & Shipping

After your artwork has been approved and full payment has been received, your order will enter production.

Most waterslide decals and vinyl decals are printed, prepared, and shipped within 3–4 business days.

Production time begins after payment has been received, not when the order form is submitted.

Shipping transit times are separate from production time and depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Payment Policy

  • An invoice is sent only after your artwork has been reviewed and approved.

  • Full payment is required before production begins.

  • Because every order is custom made, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.
