RSF Customs provides a 1-year workmanship warranty covering thread wraps, epoxy, adhesives, and assembly defects. Manufacturer warranties cover defects involving blanks and components.

The warranty does not cover:

• Abuse or misuse

• High-sticking the rod

• Damage caused by impacts or striking the blank against hard surfaces

• Failure to follow the recommended line, lure, and drag ratings

• Improper storage

• Normal wear and tear

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Shipping Policy

Every rod is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.

Once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended. RSF Customs is not responsible for damage, loss, or mishandling after the carrier has taken possession of the shipment.

Rod Care

• Never high-stick your rod.

• Always follow the recommended line, lure, and drag ratings.

• Avoid impacts to the rod blank.

• Never allow the blank to contact hard surfaces while fighting a fish.
