Warranty

RSF Covert warrants the workmanship of the rod, including thread wraps, epoxy finish, adhesives, and assembly, for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, accidental damage, neglect, normal wear, impact damage, improper storage, or damage resulting from exceeding the manufacturer's recommended line or lure ratings. Manufacturer warranties on blanks and components are subject to their respective manufacturers' terms and conditions.

Shipping

We package every rod with extreme care to help ensure it arrives safely. Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to the carrier. RSF Covert is not responsible for damage or loss that occurs during transit. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance during checkout if you would like your shipment protected. Any claims for shipping damage or loss must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

Flexible Payment Plans

At RSF, we believe everyone deserves a quality custom fishing rod. That's why we offer simple, interest-free payment arrangements on RSF Covert Series rods.

Getting started is easy:

• Email us to request a payment plan.

• Pay 50% down to reserve your rod.

• Pay the remaining 50% before pickup or shipping.

• You have up to 60 days to pay your balance in full.

• Payments must not be more than 30 days apart.

• No interest.

• No payment plan fees.

Custom Decals & Waterslide Graphics

Want to personalize your rod? We offer custom vinyl decals and waterslide graphics to make your RSF Covert Series rod uniquely yours.

If you would like to add a custom vinyl decal and/or waterslide graphic, simply add the appropriate decal or waterslide product to your cart when placing your order.

Once your order is received, we will contact you by email to discuss your design, collect any artwork, logos, or text, and provide a proof for your approval before production begins.

Payment Plan & Order Terms

• A $50 late fee will be charged if a scheduled payment is not received on time.

• Rods will not be shipped or released for pickup until the balance has been paid in full.

• Orders canceled after payment has been made are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Credit card processing fees charged by our payment processor are non-refundable. If an order is canceled or refunded, any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by RSF will be deducted from the refund amount, as these fees are not returned to us by the payment processor.

• Any RSF Covert Series rod that has been customized or modified at the customer's request is 100% non-refundable once work has begun. This includes, but is not limited to, custom thread colors, decals, waterslide graphics, grips, guide upgrades, laser engraving, personalized artwork, or any other customer-requested modifications. Because customized rods are built specifically for you, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
